Does the skin burn, turn red or react to another cosmetic? In case of recurring symptoms, we first look for the cause and organize daily care.

Redness, spots or burning sensation. Tell me when symptoms appear and what products you use.
A problem that returns despite changes in care requires an assessment by a dermatologist, not another trial treatment.

First step · Dermatologist consultation
The dermatologist will examine the skin and ask about symptoms and contact with cosmetics and other products. After the assessment, he will discuss treatment, care or the need for further diagnostics.
Prepare a list of cosmetics and medications, photos of symptoms and information about changes in care. Do not discontinue the treatment prescribed by your doctor on your own.
After assessing the problem
These are opportunities to talk to the person conducting the visit. Not every problem requires treatment.

Before your visit
Not always. Irritation and allergic reaction need to be distinguished; the description of the reaction alone is not sufficient for diagnosis.
First, we need to assess your skin’s condition. We do not start exfoliation simply because the skin is flaking.
For recurring itching, burning, rash or inflammation, start with a dermatologist. The care can then be adjusted according to the recommendations.
Photos of symptoms and names of products used before the symptoms appeared. Also tell me how long the reaction lasted.
We do not make this decision automatically. A product review helps determine which ones may be relevant to the problem.
The price of the first visit is available on the consultation page. Possible procedures have separate subpages with variants and prices. We confirm the scope and cost of the further plan after assessing the problem.
