Tatiana Jasińska, MD, PhD, is a specialist in dermatology and venereology. She has been combining the treatment of skin diseases with aesthetic medicine for over 15 years. In 2011, she obtained her doctorate in medical sciences from the Medical University of Silesia, and since 2019 she has been running a clinic in Lubliniec.
During the consultation, she discusses your symptoms, previous treatment and daily skincare. She examines your skin, explains the diagnosis and discusses the next steps. You can also ask about her recommendations and any concerns you have about treatment.
She also starts with a skin assessment when considering laser therapy or aesthetic treatments. She determines whether the concern calls for dermatological treatment, an aesthetic procedure or another approach. Discussing expectations and the changes that may be achievable helps tailor the plan to the patient's situation.
She graduated from the Polish Medical Society’s Postgraduate School of Aesthetic Medicine in Warsaw. As co-founder of Aesthe Club, she trains doctors in areas including skin biostimulation. In her podcast, EstiTalk, she talks with specialists about skin conditions, treatment options and patients’ questions.

Before your visit
With acne, recurring irritation, redness, skin lesions, disturbing mole or scalp and hair problems. You don't need to know the diagnosis or choose the treatment. A consultation with Dr. Tatiana Jasińska begins with a conversation about symptoms and an assessment of the skin.
Take your test results, previous diagnoses and a list of medications, supplements and cosmetics used. Write down how long your symptoms have been present and what already helped or made the problem worse. If changes occur periodically, photos of when they became more severe are useful. When assessing facial skin, come without makeup or be prepared to remove it.
There is no one set of tests suitable for all skin problems. Take the results you already have. You will determine the need and scope of further tests with your doctor after a conversation and skin assessment, taking into account symptoms and previous treatment.
Yes. The dermatologist assesses the scalp and hair, asks about the duration of the problem, diseases, medications and the circumstances of its occurrence. The causes of hair loss may vary, so further tests and treatment are selected after assessment. Not every situation requires the same set of tests or scalp treatments.
It depends on the type and severity of changes and the chosen therapy. Initial improvement usually requires several weeks of regular treatment and more time for full evaluation. During the consultation, we discuss the method of treatment, care and follow-up date. Previous unsuccessful attempts are also important information when creating a plan.
Do not delay an assessment if a mole grows, changes shape or colour, itches or bleeds. Also show the doctor any new skin lesion that concerns you. Explain when you first noticed it and bring earlier photographs or examination reports if you have them. These signs do not determine the diagnosis, but they do need medical assessment.
The doctor examines moles and other skin lesions using a dermatoscope, which allows them to be assessed under magnification. The examination does not involve cutting out the lesion and usually does not cause pain. Helps determine whether observation or further diagnosis is needed. If the lesion requires histopathological examination, dermatoscopy does not replace it.
Are separate items in the price list. When booking, tell us whether you need a consultation regarding your skin problem, mole examination or both services. The reception will help determine the scope of the visit. The price of a consultation does not automatically mean that it includes dermatoscopy or treatment.
No. First, a dermatological diagnosis and suitability assessment is needed. Some changes require different treatment, including removal while saving the material for histopathological examination. The laser cannot preserve such material. The mere appearance of the lesion or its similarity to a fibroma is not sufficient to select a method.
Freezing, or cryotherapy, uses very low temperatures to treat selected skin lesions, e.g. viral warts. The doctor decides whether a given lesion is suitable for this method after the examination. Sometimes it is necessary to repeat the procedure or take other steps.
You may feel burning or pain during and after the procedure. Redness, swelling or a blister may develop where the skin was frozen, followed by a scab. Healing depends in part on the area treated and the extent of the procedure. Changes in skin colour and, less commonly, scarring are possible. You will receive aftercare instructions. Contact a doctor if pain increases or you notice pus.
Consultation and treatment are separate services. During the visit, the doctor assesses the lesion and discusses possible treatment. You determine the scope, cost and date of any procedure after suitability assessment. If you are interested in mole examination or a specific treatment, please mention it when booking so that the reception can confirm the appropriate scope of the visit.
