01Does epilation work the same on all hair colors?
No. The type and color of the hair and the skin influence the suitability assessment and the possible result. We assess them before the procedure.
02Is one visit enough?
Usually the plan includes subsequent visits, but the scope and intervals are selected depending on the area and reaction. We do not promise full results after a single procedure.
03Can I come after sunbathing?
Tell us about your last sunbathing session before booking. The reception will confirm the recommendations and the appropriate date for the selected procedure.
04Should I pluck my hair before the treatment?
Confirm preparation instructions with reception. Tell us if you use wax, an epilator or other methods; plan these around the advice you receive.
05What if my facial hair suddenly increases?
Consult your doctor for the cause. Epilation concerns the hair in a given area and does not replace the diagnosis of a new hair growth.
