Take a list or photos of the cosmetics and medications you use. Tell us about allergies, skin reactions, dermatological treatments and previous treatments. If possible, come without makeup - this will make it easier to assess your skin. You don't have to buy new skincare or exfoliate at home.

Recommendations depend on the selected procedure and products used. Tell us about retinol, acids, acne medications and other medications before your visit. We will determine whether and for how long a break in cosmetics or a change of treatment date is needed. Do not stop taking medicines prescribed by your doctor yourself.

Water purification is a separate cleansing treatment, also available as an addition to the selected procedure. Peeling uses a carefully selected exfoliating product; its type and intensity depend on the skin and the purpose of the visit. These are not interchangeable names for the same service. In case of active inflammation or irritation, we first assess whether the treatment can be performed.

No. The reaction depends on the product, intensity of the treatment and skin. Redness, dryness and peeling of varying degrees are possible. Abundant peeling is not a condition for good results. Before the visit, we discuss the expected reaction and care to include recovery time in your plans.

No. Microneedling involves making numerous small punctures to the skin with a device. Injection mesotherapy is a separate procedure in which the product is administered by injection. May cause discomfort, burning or pain; feelings depend on, among others, depending on the area and scope of the treatment. After your visit, your skin may be red, tender or swollen. Before the treatment, we discuss its course, skin reactions and care recommendations. We do not perform it on active infection or painful, purulent acne lesions.

It depends on the procedure. After peeling or microneedling, possible redness, sensitivity and healing time must be taken into account. We determine the return to makeup, exercise and active cosmetics depending on the treatment and skin reaction. If you are planning an important event, let us know its date before booking.

A cosmetology consultation can help you organize your care and match it to your skin tolerance. Diagnosis of the disease and treatment are the responsibility of the dermatologist. In case of painful, deep acne lesions, scars or persistent itching and redness, it is worth consulting a doctor. A care treatment does not replace medical treatment.

No. We start by reviewing what you already use. Sometimes you just need to simplify your routine or change how often you use your products. More cosmetics does not always mean better care, and combining many active ingredients may irritate the skin. The plan takes into account your needs, product tolerance and daily capabilities.

Usually yes. Hair is in different phases of growth, so one visit does not mean complete and permanent hair reduction. The number and intervals between treatments depend on the area, hair and skin reaction. Maintenance visits may be needed after the series. We discuss the plan individually; the price list indicates the cost of a single treatment for a selected area.

Tell us about your fresh tan, solarium and planned sun exposure. In the case of laser epilation, peelings and microneedling, a change of date may be necessary. After the treatment, follow the recommendations to protect your skin from the sun. The sunscreen itself does not mean that freshly tanned skin can be subjected to any procedure.

Cosmetology consultation and treatment have separate prices. For procedures, the cost depends on the variant and area; water purification also has a separate price as an add-on.
