In the clinic of Tatiana Jasińska, MD.

Dr. Tatiana Jasińska is a specialist in dermatology and venereology. She has been combining the treatment of skin diseases with aesthetic medicine for over 15 years. In 2011, she obtained her doctorate in medical sciences from the Medical University of Silesia. She also graduated from the Postgraduate School of Aesthetic Medicine of the Polish Medical Society in Warsaw.

During the consultation, she assesses your skin, facial expressions and facial proportions. She asks about previous treatments and your expectations, including what you do not want to change. She discusses the possible approach, alternatives, recovery time and the cost of the treatment plan.

At the clinic, she performs treatments including botulinum toxin injections, hyaluronic acid contouring, lip enhancement, biostimulation and mesotherapy. She selects the method and treatment area after a medical assessment. Before each procedure, she explains what it involves, its contraindications and possible side effects.

As co-founder of Aesthe Club, she trains doctors in areas including skin biostimulation. In her podcast, EstiTalk, she talks with specialists about skin conditions, treatment options and patients’ questions. She has run a clinic in Lubliniec since 2019.

Aesthetic medicine consultation · Translated from Polish

I visited the doctor for the first time and she immediately gained my confidence. You can see that she knows what she is doing, explains everything thoroughly and approaches the patient very calmly and professionally. In aesthetic medicine, such trust is very important to me. I am very pleased that I found this doctor and I can recommend her with a clear conscience.

Hyaluronidase · Translated from Polish

I warmly recommend the clinic. The doctor explained my skin condition in detail, prescribed medication and talked me through each step of my skincare routine. I also had aesthetic medicine treatments with Dr Tatiana, including dissolving migrated filler. The results were subtle and gave my face a lighter appearance. I highly recommend her!

Before your visit

Good to know.

01I want a subtle change. Do I have to choose a treatment before my visit?

No. Tell us what bothers you and what you do not want to change. Dr Tatiana Jasińska will assess your skin, facial expressions and proportions, then discuss the possible methods, their limitations and cost. You agree together on the extent of a subtle change. The consultation may also lead to a recommendation for a different approach instead of a procedure.

02Does a consultation automatically mean having a treatment?

No. Consultation and procedure are separate services, and booking an appointment does not oblige you to undergo the procedure. First, you discuss the indications, possible side effects, scope and cost. You set the date of the procedure after suitability assessment; you can also calmly rethink your decision.

03How to prepare for your first visit?

Prepare a list of medications and supplements as well as information about diseases, allergies and previous treatments. If you have documentation with the name of the product, take it with you. Tell about pregnancy, breastfeeding, herpes and current skin infection or inflammation. When assessing your face, you will need to remove your makeup. Do not stop taking medications on your own - any changes must be discussed with your doctor.

04Botulinum toxin or hyaluronic acid – what's the difference?

Botulinum toxin temporarily weakens the activity of selected muscles, which is why it is used, among others, with facial wrinkles. Filler with hyaluronic acid is used to model and replenish tissue volume. These are different methods and indications. The choice is determined by the doctor's assessment and the expected extent of the change, not the location of the wrinkle itself.

05Do aesthetic medicine treatments hurt?

During injection treatments, you may feel stinging, burning or swelling. Feelings depend on the method, area and your sensitivity; the area around the mouth may be particularly sensitive. Local anesthesia is used for some procedures. Before the procedure, we will discuss the procedure and how to relieve discomfort - tell us if you are afraid of pain.

06When will I see the effect of the treatment?

It depends on the method. Botulinum toxin begins to act in the following days, so the effect is not assessed immediately after administration. After modeling with hyaluronic acid, the change in volume can be noticed immediately, but swelling may initially change the appearance of the area. The effects of some biostimulating treatments develop gradually. We set the date of assessment and possible follow-up for a specific procedure.

07How long does the effect last and does the treatment need to be repeated?

In the case of facial wrinkles, the effect of botulinum toxin usually lasts for several months. The durability of modeling with hyaluronic acid depends, among others, on: on the product and the area of administration. Some methods require a series or subsequent maintenance treatments. We establish a plan based on indications and tissue reactions; there is no one revision date that suits everyone.

08Can I return to work, makeup and exercise after the procedure?

After many treatments, you can return to your daily activities, but injection marks, swelling or bruising may be visible. Recommendations regarding makeup, exercise, and touching the treated area vary between procedures. You will receive instructions for your treatment. When planning an important event, allow time for the post-treatment reaction to subside.

09Can I perform the procedure while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Planned aesthetic treatments with botulinum toxin and fillers are postponed - there is insufficient data on their safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Also tell your doctor if you are planning a pregnancy. During the consultation, you can discuss your skin needs and care options appropriate for this period.

10Can I come back after a procedure performed elsewhere?

Yes. Bring details of the product name and amount, treatment area, date and how the procedure went, along with photographs or records if you have them. Tell us what concerns you and when it started. Further treatment, including any use of hyaluronidase, requires a medical assessment; not every product can be dissolved this way.

11What symptoms after the procedure require urgent help?

Don't wait for a scheduled check-up if your skin becomes pale, gray or blue after the filler causes severe or increasing pain - immediate medical evaluation is needed. In case of visual disturbances, shortness of breath or swallowing difficulties, call for help by calling 112. Report any other concerning reactions to the clinic, specifying the type and date of the procedure. Don't try to treat them yourself.

12What does the price depend on and is the consultation included in the treatment?

The price depends on the method, area, scope and amount of the product used. In the section above you will find variants from the current price list. The consultation is paid separately; its cost is not automatically deducted from the procedure. We discuss the price of the planned procedure and the need for subsequent visits before the decision to perform it.

13I have a plan in place. How to schedule another treatment?

Contact the reception and provide what treatment was recommended and when the previous visit took place. We will confirm the scope, time and appropriate date. If you have any new illnesses, medications or concerning reactions to a previous procedure, please report these before booking - your plan may require a second medical review.
