Treatment goals and suitability assessment

For whom this treatment?

This is one of the directions of biostimulation. The plan is about gradual change and requires setting a goal and a method of evaluation.

Dr Tatiana Jasińska also trains doctors at Aesthe Club, including in treatments using polylactic acid. During your appointment in Lubliniec, she assesses whether this method is appropriate for your needs.

Plan spread over time

The number and dates of appointments are determined by the doctor. We do not adopt a one-size-fits-all schedule - it depends on suitability assessment and planned scope.

Cost of the entire procedure

The price list distinguishes between a single treatment and a series, as well as the number of ampoules. It is worth discussing the entire plan before the first procedure, instead of comparing just the price of one ampoule.

Gradual action vs. filling

Products with polylactic acid have a different character than classic fillers with hyaluronic acid. The selection takes into account the condition of the tissues, previous procedures and the expected scope of improvement. The short-term appearance after administration does not show the final result.

Changes that develop over time

Expectations are gradual. This is not a way to guarantee an immediate effect or to accurately reproduce the volume from a photograph.

Risk and product selection

Injection reactions and subsequent nodules or inflammatory reactions are possible. The type of product and proper treatment after administration are important.

At the clinic

What happens during your visit?

  1. Assessment of indication and history

The doctor discusses expectations, skin condition and previous products. Determines whether this direction suits the problem and whether other steps are needed.

  2. Treatment plan for the chosen product

After suitability assessment, you agree on the scope, cost and method of administration. Recommendations depend on the selected product, not just the name of the ingredient.

  3. Care and subsequent assessment

You will receive aftercare instructions and an agreed time for assessing the results. Any further injection must take your response to the previous treatment into account.

Preparation

Before your visit.

  • Collect a history of previous treatments

Provide products, dates and areas and reactions after them. Report permanent fillers, threads and previous unevenness.

  • Discuss health and healing

Tell us about medications, allergies, diseases and infections. The doctor assesses contraindications for a specific product.

  • Set goal and total cost

Ask about the expected plan and the price of a single visit and a possible series. Do not choose the number of ampoules yourself.

Care and recommendations

After treatment.

  • Follow the instructions for the product used

If your doctor recommends a massage, determine exactly how and when. Do not transfer recommendations from another treatment or product.

  • Don't judge the effect immediately

Transient changes after administration may resolve before the development of the target effect. Schedule the comparison with your doctor.

  • Also report subsequent changes

New or persistent lumps, pain, and redness require evaluation. Do not add another product without explaining the reaction.

Patient questions

Good to know.

01Do I have to buy the series straight away?

Start with a consultation. The number of treatments depends on the doctor's plan, and you decide on the procedure after discussing the scope and costs.

02Who conducts the consultation?

Tatiana Jasińska, M.D., specialist in dermatology and venereology, co-creator of Aesthe Club.

03Is polylactic acid the same as hyaluronic acid?

No. These are different materials and different action plans. The name "acid" does not mean the same action or correction method.

04Is the effect visible after leaving the clinic final?

No. Appearance after administration may include a transient reaction. The target change is assessed after the time specified for the product.

05Does every biostimulator contain polylactic acid?

No. Biostimulation includes various products. This subpage covers one of the directions, and you will find a broader offer in skin biostimulation.

06Is facial massage always needed after an injection?

Recommendations depend on the specific product and procedure. If massage is indicated, the doctor specifies the method and time; do not use general instructions from the Internet.

07Can it be dissolved with hyaluronidase?

Hyaluronidase acts on hyaluronic acid and is not a universal method of removing polylactic acid. The type of material matters.

08Can I come if I have had fillers before?

Yes, for a consultation. Provide their type, date and place; the doctor will assess the possibility of next steps.

09What to do if a lump appears after some time?

Contact your doctor and provide the date and name of the product. Do not massage or treat such a lesion yourself.

10Is the price of the series the price of one treatment?

No. The price list describes a single application and a series separately. Confirm the number of visits, product and scope of the plan before choosing an option.
