A plan tailored to your needs.

You can come with a specific problem or tell us what you want to change. Acne, recurring shaving irritation, moles, excessive sweating and hair loss require a different assessment than skin cleansing or hair reduction. First, we determine what type of visit suits your needs.

Dr Tatiana Jasińska is a specialist in dermatology and venereology with a doctorate from the Medical University of Silesia. She offers dermatology consultations, examines moles and assesses suitability for medical procedures. She discusses symptoms, previous treatment, medication and whether further tests or a procedure are appropriate.

During aesthetic treatments, we talk about facial expressions, the expected change and what you want to avoid. The plan takes into account facial structure, skin condition, treatment history and regeneration time. You learn the scope, possible reactions and costs before making a decision; Consultation does not mean an obligation to perform the procedure.

Julia Matysek and Zuzanna Sadło provide cosmetological treatments for the face and body, epilation and selection of care. You can discuss cleansing, daily routine, a specific area of hair or body work with them. You can book medical appointments at ZnanyLekarz, and cosmetology appointments at Booksy. If you don't know where to start, the reception will help.

Before your visit

Good to know.

01I don't know which treatment to choose. Where to start?

Tell us what concerns you and when it started. For acne, moles, irritation, excessive sweating or hair loss, start with a dermatology consultation. To discuss facial expression lines or facial laser treatment, choose an aesthetic medicine consultation or a laser suitability assessment. A cosmetologist can advise on skincare, hair removal and cosmetic treatments. Reception can help if you are unsure.

02What to bring for your first visit?

Prepare a list of medications and supplements, names of cosmetics and information about previous treatment and procedures. Take your test results and documentation of moles, if you have them. Pictures of symptoms can help as your skin changes over time. There is no need to purchase a test package yourself or discontinue medications before the consultation.

03Is it worth visiting a dermatologist for irritation and ingrown hairs after shaving?

Yes, especially if the problem recurs, hurts or leaves traces. Similar pimples may have different causes, so it is worth assessing the skin. Moistening the skin and hair, using the appropriate product and guiding the blade in the direction of hair growth, without strongly stretching the skin, help with shaving. If the changes persist, selecting a razor alone may not be enough.

04Can hydro cleansing replace acne treatment?

Cleansing can be an element of skin care with blackheads, but it does not replace the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. In case of painful lesions, severe inflammation or scars, start with a dermatologist. We select the care treatment according to the current condition of the skin and the treatment used.

05Can I discuss wrinkles and maintaining a natural facial expression?

Yes. During the consultation, tell us what you want to change, what facial expressions you want to keep and what effects you do not want. The doctor assesses muscle function, facial structure and the appropriateness of the procedure. The scope is not solely determined by gender or by the number of areas selected in the price list. The expected result, limitations and risks are discussed before the procedure.

06Should you choose a laser for receding hairline and thinning hair?

Schedule a dermatology consultation first. A receding hairline, gradual thinning and sudden hair loss can have various causes. After the assessment, the doctor determines next steps and the possible place of procedures in the plan. Scalp laser therapy is not an automatic solution to all types of hair loss.

07Does epilation cover the back, torso and neck and how many visits are needed?

Yes, we offer separate options for these areas, including men’s backs. Treatments follow an individually agreed plan. The number of appointments depends in part on the area, hair and skin; we do not promise complete hair reduction after one session. Maintenance sessions may be needed over time.

08How do I prepare for epilation if I have sunbathed or take medications?

Tell me about your new tan, self-tanner, medications, scarring and previous skin reactions. We set the date and preparation for a specific area and skin condition. Before your visit, confirm with the reception how to prepare your hair. Protect your skin from the sun according to the recommendations you receive and do not stop taking your medications yourself.

09Does excessive sweating of armpits, hands or feet require consultation?

Yes. The doctor assesses where and when sweating occurs, previous treatments, and possible causes. Medications, sudden onset of symptoms and whole-body sweating also play a role. Botulinum toxin is one of the methods being considered and is not the automatic first choice. We will discuss the indications, the temporary nature of the effect and possible side effects.

10Do you also need a dentist for teeth clenching and bruxism?

Yes, especially when the jaw hurts, the teeth are hypersensitive or their damage is visible. A dental evaluation helps determine the necessary treatment and protection for your teeth. During a medical consultation, indications for botulinum toxin treatment can be discussed, but such suitability assessment does not replace dental care.

11When should I show my dermatologist a mole or new lesion?

Book an assessment if a skin lesion is new, changes noticeably, itches, bleeds or concerns you. Bring previous photographs and examination reports. Dermoscopy helps the doctor assess its features and decide on the next steps. Do not choose a removal procedure yourself based only on how the lesion looks.

12Can I return to work, shaving and training after the treatment?

It depends on the procedure and skin reaction. Redness, swelling, tenderness or bruising are possible, so we do not make the same recommendations after each treatment. Tell us about training, working in the sun and important dates. You will receive shaving, activity and care recommendations for the procedure performed.

13Are prices different for men and is a consultation included?

The price results from the position and range in the price list. Epilation includes: separate variants of men's back and men's bikini; the torso and neck have their own positions. For other treatments, the area, method or established scope are important. The consultation is paid separately from the procedure. Before the treatment, we confirm the cost and the correct booking path - ZnanyLekarz for a doctor or Booksy for a cosmetologist.
