Interview and action plan

For whom this consultation?

Come with your current routine and questions. The plan is intended to help organize your care, not to multiply products.

If you have several cosmetics and don't know how to combine them, bring a list or photos of their packaging. We will talk about your routine, product tolerance and expectations for in-clinic care.

Your daily care

Not only the names of cosmetics are important, but also the frequency of use and skin reactions. It's worth telling what worked and what caused irritation.

Cosmetology and dermatology

Cosmetology consultation concerns care. Diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases require medical consultation; the reception will help you choose the right type of visit.

Routine adjusted to tolerance

You discuss washing, moisturizing, sun protection and active ingredients used. The beautician helps determine the order and changes. Symptoms suggesting a skin disease may require dermatological consultation.

A clear plan for your home

The goal is to organize your daily routine and how you use products. Some of the recommendations may involve simplifying your current care routine.

Care is not a substitute for diagnosis

Cosmetology consultation does not replace dermatological treatment. Not every symptom disappears after changing cosmetics.

At the clinic

What happens during your visit?

  1. Talk about care

Show the products you use and describe your skin reactions. Discuss your goal, daily habits, health and current treatment.

  2. Assess and organize your routine

The beautician assesses the care needs and tolerance. You determine which elements are worth keeping, simplifying or changing.

  3. A plan for introducing changes

You discuss how to use products and observe your skin. If a procedure or medical consultation is needed, these are a separate step.

Preparation

Before your visit.

  • Prepare your product list

Take the names or photos of packaging, including products used occasionally. Record the order and frequency of application.

  • Describe the responses and priority

Tell us what seems to trigger burning, dryness or breakouts. Agree on one main goal rather than making several changes to your routine at once.

  • Report treatment and procedures

Tell me about medications, pregnancy, feeding and previous procedures. The beautician takes this information into account when selecting care.

Follow-up

After your visit.

  • Make agreed changes

Don't start with several strong ingredients at once. Follow the established order to make it easier to assess tolerance.

  • Observe and record reactions

Note what you use and how your skin reacts. Report persistent irritation or worsening symptoms instead of adding the product.

  • Return for a review or discuss any symptoms

The next assessment date depends on the plan. Skin disease and drug treatment require proper medical consultation.

Patient questions

Good to know.

01How long does the consultation take?

30 minutes. The price is PLN 150; any treatment is charged separately.

02Can I come without makeup?

Yes. This makes it easier to assess your skin and talk about care.

03Do I need to know my skin type?

No. Describe your needs and reactions, and the cosmetologist will help you organize the information. You don't have to assign yourself a single label.

04Do you have to buy all the new products?

No. First, we discuss what you already use. The plan may include maintaining some of your routine and limiting unnecessary steps.

05Can I come during dermatological treatment?

Yes, to talk about care. Provide treatment and doctor's recommendations; we do not change it ourselves when selecting cosmetics.

06Can the plan apply to sensitive skin?

Yes. Describe burning, irritation, and triggers. Persistent or worsening symptoms may require evaluation by a dermatologist.

07Should we introduce retinol and acids together?

There is no one size fits all routine. The order and frequency depend on your tolerance, goal and remaining treatment.

08Is a treatment performed during the consultation?

The treatment is a separate, paid service. You discuss the possible selection and date after assessing the skin's needs.

09Do pregnancy and breastfeeding matter for cosmetics?

Yes, report them during the call. The selection of products should take into account this stage and the treatment used.

10What should I do if my new skincare routine causes irritation?

Do not add additional active products. Contact us for tolerance; marked or persistent symptoms may require a doctor.
