For whom this treatment?
The type of stain and its cause are more important than the choice of appliance.
Similar-looking pigmentations may have different causes. During the consultation, we assess the lesion, its history and previous treatment attempts before selecting a treatment method.
Spots or over a larger area?
In the price list, we separate a single pigmentation from a treatment covering the face, neck or décolletage. The variant depends on the extent of changes and suitability assessment.
The plan takes your skin into account
Tell us about sunbathing, medications used, previous treatments and the tendency to recurrence of pigmentation. During the consultation, you will discuss preparation, post-treatment recommendations and possible skin reactions.
Single spot and melasma
Sun spots, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and melasma may look similar but require different treatments. Laser is not always the first choice; the plan may include treatment and sun protection.
Risk of recurrence and pigmentation changes
New or recurring pigmentation is possible. The treatment may also cause pigmentation disorders, so suitability assessment and care are important.

Report tanning and self-tanner
Provide recent sun exposure and planned trips. Fresh tan or irritation may require rescheduling.
Show us the skincare products you use
Prepare a list of retinoids, acids and medications. The break in use is determined for a specific procedure; do not stop taking medications on your own.
Agree on the treatment scope and timing
Confirm whether the quote is for one stain or an area. Take into account possible skin reactions before an important event.

Gentle cleansing and moisturizing
Use the care agreed for the method used. Do not accelerate exfoliation with friction or additional acids.
Consistent sun protection
Avoid sunbathing and use recommended protection. A tendency to pigmentation may require a longer care plan even after the skin has healed.
Monitoring changes in skin colour
The reaction depends on the method and change. If blisters, severe pain or other concerning symptoms appear, contact the clinic.

01How much does it cost to remove one pigmentation?
In the price list, spot treatment starts from PLN 300. The first medical consultation before laser therapy costs separately 400 PLN.
02Is one treatment enough?
This cannot be promised without evaluating the changes. The number of visits and the possibility of recurrence are discussed individually.
03Is laser suitable for melasma?
Not in every situation. Melasma may require treatment and sun protection; the laser is considered individually, taking into account the risk of recurrence.
04Can the treatment be performed on tanned skin?
Fresh tan must be reported before your visit. The doctor assesses the timing and risk; it is not enough that the skin does not look burned.
05Are acne spots the same as scars?
No. Color change and skin loss or thickening require separate evaluation, although they may occur simultaneously.
06Can skin peel off?
Maybe, depending on method and scope. You will learn about the expected reaction before the procedure; do not remove flaking skin yourself.
07Can I use retinol before my visit?
Provide the product and method of use. You will determine the date of any break and return depending on the specific treatment and skin tolerance.
08When to go back to makeup?
It depends on the skin reaction and the method used. Use post-procedure findings rather than a universal term for all lasers.
09Does the treatment make sense before going out into the sun?
Tell us about your trip before choosing the date. Intensive exposure may make maintenance difficult and increase the risk of pigmentation.
10Is the consultation included in the price of the procedure?
Medical consultation is paid separately. The price of the treatment refers to the specific area or lesion, not the entire treatment plan.
